略歴

早稲田大学法学部卒業、早稲田大学大学院商学研究科博士後期課程　単位取得満期退学。博士（商学）取得。日本放送協会勤務後、博士後期課程へ進学。麗澤大学　助教・准教授、武蔵大学　准教授を経て、２０２６年４月より本学勤務。主要な研究領域は、ダイバーシティ・マネジメントとキャリアを軸に、組織の分断線（フォールトライン）、障害者インクルージョン、障害者キャリア、グローバルキャリア。
