Abstract

Protecting critical technology amid rising geopolitical tensions across the Indo-Pacific and beyond is a challenge shared by both Japan and the United States. Furthering the resilience of semiconductor supply chains and enhancing the security of critical infrastructure are only two of the many issues both Tokyo and Washington need to address as both countries seek to further their economic competitiveness whilst ensuring regional security. Join us for a discussion on the mutual economic interests between Japan and the United States, and the prospect for enhancing bilateral economic security cooperation.
