During spring holidays (from Wednesday, February 4th to Tuesday, March 31st), the opening hours of Waseda Portal Officewill be as follows:
1. Wednesday, February 4th to Tuesday, February 24th (campus access restriction period)
During the above period, in order to maintain a quiet environment for taking the entrance examinations, no one other than examinees, proctors, and faculty members will be allowed on the Waseda campus. Waseda Portal Office at building 7 will be closed.
For the above-mentioned period, Waseda Portal Office will open a temporary office, the <Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho)>:
Period: February 4, 2026 (Wed) – February 24, 2026 (Tue)
Location: Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor, Okuma Garden House, Bldg. 25, Waseda Campus)
Opening Hours: Monday–Friday 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
*Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
*From AY 2025, the office will be closed on Saturdays, as well as on Sundays and national holidays.
