Education Verification
Waseda University offers an Online Certificate Issuance Service through which current students and alumni (including former students who withdrew) can have digital certificates (PDFs) sent directly to employers, educational institutions, research organizations, and other third parties by specifying the recipient’s email address.
For education verification purposes, we kindly ask that verification be conducted through the direct delivery of certificates via this online system.
In addition, the authenticity of certificates issued through an Online Certificate Issuance Service can also be verified by recipients using POPITA verification technology.

- The office is closed on Saturdays.
- The office is closed all day on university-designated holidays including summer and winter vacation periods.
