The program and professors are one-of-a-kind. You are never short of anecdotes during Prof. Arikawa’s ectures, while Prof. Takehara will ensure you never forget “sigma squared” ever again. Prof. Kawaguchi will get you to perform beyond your expectations, and you will slowly learn advanced concepts in Prof. Yotsuzuka’s classes. Prof. Hibara will expertly get you to figure things out yourself, while Prof. Iriyama will bring you face to face with inspiring entrepreneurs across the country. Prof. Suzuki ’s expertise guided me through a global CFA challenge, and I developed a meaningful thesis under the invaluable guidance of Prof. Uno. The WBS office and Career Center were there to support me every step of the way too. The opportunities to network are numerous.
Through Waseda, I was able to secure a position as a buy-side analyst for a value fund at Nomura. I have gathered valuable contacts and kindled many friendships that will last a lifetime.
