Professor Horie specializes in People and Organization and Global Leadership. Before joining the faculty of WASEDA Business School, Professor Horie accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field of People and Organization consulting. Holding management positions in various firms such as Partner at EY Japan, President of Aon Hewitt Japan, and overseeing Japanese corporate projects globally at HayGroup and Mercer, he brings extensive expertise to his role. Throughout his career in consulting, Professor Horie has led diverse projects for Multi-National companies, local companies and public sectors, spanning various industries regardless of company size, covering areas such as leadership development and assessment, change management, engagement, people and organizational management, executive coaching, etc. Having resided in the UK, China, Singapore, and Thailand except Japan for over 16 years, Professor Horie has led projects while managing diverse teams, making him a seasoned global leader himself.
