Profile

Ph.D. in Business Economics, Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Master as well as Bachelor of Commerce, Hitotsubashi University. Taught “Technology and Operations Management” in the first-year MBA program at the Harvard Business School for six years, led “Collaborative Mindset” module of IMPM (International Masters Program for Managers) with Henry Mintzberg as Japan Director for three years, and then spent 21 and a half years as Professor of Strategy at Kobe University before joining Waseda University.BA Faculty of Sociology, Hitotsubashi University
