在学生学生証裏面シール配付時間・会場/New backside sticker of your Student ID card for current students(3/19・4/2)

基幹・創造・先進理工学部・研究科の標準修業年限以上在籍の在学生（裏面シールの有効期限が2026/3となっている在学生）は、3/19に配布します。指定の時間帯および教室でお受け取りください。開始直後は混みあいますので、滞留が生じないよう分散して来場するようご配慮ください。
※標準修業年限内の在学生（裏面シールの有効期限が2026/4以降も続いている在学生）に関しては、新たな裏面シールは配布いたしません。有効期限まで、現在の裏面シールをご使用ください。
※共同大学院他大学（東京女子医科大学・東京農工大学・東京都市大学）本属学生の方は、専攻の指示に従ってお受け取りください。
※急な体調不良などによる欠席の連絡は不要です。3/19に来られない場合は、4/2の同時間帯・会場で実施する2回目にお受け取りください（3/20～4/1の期間はお渡しできません）。2回とも参加できない場合は、4/3以降、51号館1階教学支援課カウンターにてお受け取りください（事務所が混雑する時間帯はお渡しに時間を要する場合がありますので、極力、所定の日時にお受け取りください。また、郵送はいたしかねます）。
※学生証をまだ受け取っていない方は、教学支援課カウンターで学生証を受け取ってから、裏面シールをお受け取りください（学生証の郵送はいたしかねます）。
※住所変更が生じている方は、以下の手順でご対応ください。
(1)MyWasedaから住所変更を申請(Support Anywhere「各種申請・変更手続き」)
(2)学生証裏面シールを受け取り
(3)51号館1階教学支援課カウンターにて裏面シールを交換
※2025年度より、学生証裏面シールの記載内容・有効期限に変更があります。

※基幹 学系II 標準修業年限以上在籍の在学生で、2026年度IPS（北九州キャンパス）の研究室に在籍し、大学の本人登録住所変更の上、北九州キャンパスで研究に従事される方は、3/22（日）までに以下のお手続きを行うことで、4/1（水）以降北九州キャンパス情報生産システム研究科事務所開室時間内（月～金10：00－16：00）に窓口で新住所反映済の裏面シールの受け取りが可能です。
(1)MyWasedaから住所変更を申請する。
(2)申請フォームから北九州キャンパスでの受け取り希望の旨、連絡をする。
配付スケジュール・場所一覧
New backside sticker of your Student ID card
New backside sticker for your student ID card will be distributed on March 19, within the period designated for each school/major for those who are enrolled beyond the standard years of study. Below schedule is arranged for reducing crowding, thus your cooperation to be at your designated period would be highly appreciated.
*Students who are enrolled in the standard years of study do not have to receive a new backside sticker. Please use the current backside sticker until the expired date.
*It is not necessary to inform us of absences due to sudden illness or other reasons. In case you cannot come to the venue on March 19, please pick it up on April 2. The venue and the time frame for each school/major remain the same as March 19. (You cannot receive new backside sticker from March 20 to April 1.) If you are unable to attend both sessions, please pick up it after April 3 at “Academic and Student Affairs Section at the Center for Science and Engineering” at the 1st floor of the Bldg. 51, Nishi-Waseda Campus (ONLY receive it at counter, no postal service).
*If you have not received your student ID card yet, please pick it up at “Academic and Student Affairs Section at the Center for Science and Engineering” at the 1st floor of the Bldg. 51, Nishi-Waseda Campus before you receive your backside sticker (ONLY receive it at counter, no postal service).
*If you have changed your address, please follow the steps below:
(1) Request a change of address via MyWaseda.( Support Anywhere-Application and Procedures for Changing Informion)
(2) Receive your new backside sticker（at each session at the list below）.
(3) Exchange the sticker at “Academic and Student Affairs Section at the Center for Science and Engineering” at the grand floor of the Bldg. 51, Nishi-Waseda Campus.
※From the 2025 academic year, the information on your backside sticker, validity period etc. will be changed.
