Office Operation During Campus Access Restriction Period For Entrance Examinations

Duration: Tuesday, February 4th to Monday, February 24th (campus access restriction period)

During the above period, in order to maintain a quiet environment for taking the entrance examinations, no one other than examinees, proctors, and faculty members will be allowed on the Waseda campus.

SILS / GSICCS Office at building 11 will be closed.

From Tuesday, February 4th to Saturday, February 22nd, Waseda Portal Office will open a temporary office, the <Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho)> as follows:

Period: February 4, 2025 (Tue) – February 22, 2025 (Sat)
Location: Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor, Okuma Garden House, Bldg. 25, Waseda Campus)
Opening Hours: Monday – Saturday　9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. *Closed on Sundays and national holidays
