I first became interested in finance when I was working as a system engineer at a stock brokerage company. I eventually decided to leave the company and entered the Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law in order to study finance. The professors have extensive professional experience, and I obtained not only academic knowledge but also practical expertise and a wide range of skills through their lectures. In my interactions with fellow students, I was further motivated to network and exchange valuable information, which assisted in planning my future career. After graduation, I started working as a quant engineer for a financial IT consulting company to develop computational engines for financial institutions. Acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of finance at the Graduate School, perticularly the basics of financial engineering, has proven to be very beneficial in not only my current role, but also in effectively preparing for my future career.
