Profile
Professor Tamura has collaborated with various organs of the Japanese government to develop policy recommendations for large-scale national projects on Science, Education, International Space Station, Oceanography, Nuclear Power Generation, etc. He also has a research stream which focuses on the commercialization of digital goods. He also studies the relationship between health care management and the educational system. At WASEDA Business School, Professor Tamura teaches management of technology.
