“Research in Business model Design” by Dr. Yves PIGNEUR, Lausanne Business School
This special lecture is explaining how Dr. Yves PIGNEUR created the Business Model Campus and conducted 15 years of research in tool design. Dr. Yves Pigneur is a Professor at the University of Lausanne since 1984, and has held visiting professorships at Georgia State University, University of British Columbia, National University of Singapore, and HEC Montreal. Together with Dr. Alexander Osterwalder, they invented the “Business Model Canvas”, authored “Business Model Generation”, and more recently “Value Proposition Design”. In 2015, they have been ranked #15 on the Thinkers50 list and won the “Strategy Award”. In 2016, Dr. Pigneur received the “AIS Outreach Award”.
