Professor Osaki is Chief Researcher, Center for Strategic Management and Innovation, Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., and Visiting Professor, University of Tokyo.  He specializes in the regulation of capital markets.  He received LL.M. from University of London and University of Edinburgh (with Distinction), and LL.B. from University of Tokyo.
