Profile

Chikae Naito graduated from the Faculty of Law at Waseda University and completed the coursework for the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Commerce at Waseda University. Earned a Doctorate in Commerce. After working at NHK, the Japanese broadcasting company, she entered a doctoral program. She served as an assistant professor and associate professor at Reitaku University and as an associate professor at Musashi University before joining WBS in April 2026. Her primary research areas include diversity management and careers, organizational faultlines, disability inclusion, and careers for people with disabilities, as well as global careers.
