MITANI Koji , Guest Professor

Profile

Koji Mitani graduated from the University of Tokyo (Physics) and received an MBA from INSEAD in 1992. He spent nearly 20 years as a management consultant at BCG and Accenture, and served as head of Accenture’s Strategy Group in Japan from 2003 to 2006.

Since 2006, he has focused on educational initiatives for children, parents, and teachers, developing programs that cultivate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. He is currently Professor and MBA Program Director at the Graduate School of Innovation Management, KIT.

He is the author of over 40 books on business, strategy, and education, including The 50 Giants of Strategy (2013), which won two major Japanese business book awards.
