Guest Professor Oshima joined Waseda University in 2006 and specializes in people, organization, and leadership. He graduated from Keio University and received an MBA from Duke University. Career experience includes key roles such as HR at NEC, Academic Director at GLOBIS Corporation, and Assistant Professor for the Japanese-language MBA Program at University of Wales.
