Office operation during campus access restriction period for entrance examinations (2/4-2/24)

During campus access restriction period (Wednesday, February 4th to Tuesday, February 24th), in order to maintain a quiet environment for taking the entrance examinations, no one other than examinees, proctors, and faculty members will be allowed on the Waseda campus.

During this period, WBS offices will NOT be providing the regular administrative services.
*You can contact the WBS office by phone, 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm, between Monday and Friday.

Please follow the instructions below for the administrative procedure during this period.

For the above-mentioned period, Waseda Portal Office will open a temporary office, the <Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho)>:

Period: February 4, 2026 (Wed) – February 24, 2026 (Tue)
Location: Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor, Okuma Garden House, Bldg. 25, Waseda Campus)
Opening Hours: Monday–Friday　9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
*Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
*From AY 2025, the office will be closed on Saturdays, as well as on Sundays and national holidays.
