2023年4月3日以降の本学におけるイベントの制限について（会食に関する制限の緩和）

新型コロナウイルス感染症対策におけるマスク着用を、一律にルールとして求める考え方を変更し、個
人の判断に委ねることを基本とする方針が国から示されました。また、国内における新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染状況も比較的落ち着きを見せていることから、イベント開催ルールを、４月３日以降、以下のとおり緩和します。

【イベント開催にあたっての条件・留意点】

• 本学の箇所または本学教職員が主催するイベントおよび、本学を会場とする本学以外の団体等が主催するイベントを屋内で実施する場合、以下の感染対策を徹底することを条件に、実施会場の収容定員までの入場を認める
  ① 体調管理、手洗い・手指消毒などの基本的な感染予防対策を徹底すること。
  ② マスクの着用については個人の判断に委ねることを基本とするが、イベントの内容によっては、適宜、マスクの着用を推奨すること。
• 会食は、以下の感染対策を遵守することにより、可能とする。
  ①マスクの着用については個人の判断に委ねることを基本とするが、飲食しながら大声で話すなどの行動は慎むこと。
  ②手指の消毒を徹底すること。
  ③会場や飲食店が定めた感染予防ルールに従うこと。

上記の緩和方針は、今後、感染が再拡大した場合等に、再度、制限を強化することもあり得ることをご了承ください。

Restrictions for On–Campus Events After April 3, 2023
(Easing of restrictions on dining)

The Japanese government has announced a change of policies regarding mask–wearing as a preventative measure against the spread of Covid–19. Mask–wearing will now be left up to each individual’s discretion. Furthermore, as the Covid–19 situation in Japan has shown signs of relatively settling down, we will be easing the restrictions for on–campus events starting from April 3.

The rules and considerations when holding events:

• Events organized by the university’s departments, faculty and staff, or events organized by an external organization but hosted on university grounds, can admit maximum capacity provided that the following conditions are met:

1. Thorough infection prevention measures, such as health management, handwashing, and hand-sanitization
2. Although mask-wearing will be left up to each individual’s discretion, depending on the type of event, we may encourage mask-wearing.

• Dining will be permitted if the following infection prevention measures are strictly followed:

1. Although mask-wearing will be left up to each individual’s discretion, please refrain from talking loudly while eating and drinking.
2. Thorough hand sanitization
3. Compliance to the infection prevention rules set by each venue/restaurant

Please understand that if the spread of Covid–19 increases again, the above relaxation of rules will be re–evaluated and restrictions might be re–imposed.
