Payment of Tuition and Fees学費等の納入について

早稲田大学では入学後、卒業（修了）までの学費等を学期ごとに口座振替（自動引落）でご納入いただいております。当ページでは在学中の学費等の納入ならびに金融機関との手続方法について説明しています。

Waseda University would require the students and their guardian (tuition payers) to pay tuition and fees by automatic debit transfer until their graduation (completion). We would explain how to pay tuition and fees during the school year, as well as the procedures to follow with financial institutions on this webpage.

2025年9月入学新入生（内部進学者を含む）の学費引落口座登録手続は2025年10月1日より開始いたします。「早稲田大学学費引落口座WEB登録システム（K-front）」へのログインが可能になりましたら学生のWasedaメールアドレス宛に通知いたします。

また在学生（2025年4月以前入学者）の「早稲田大学学費引落口座WEB登録システム（K-front）」による変更・新規登録手続は2025年9月22日～10月1日の間、入学・卒業等に伴うデータの入替作業のため受け付けておりませんので、10月1日以降にお手続きください。なおこの期間であっても預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書（書面）による手続きは可能です。

The tuition payment account registration procedure for new students (including undergraduate students from affiliated high schools and master’s students (Ph.D. students) from undergraduate(graduate) schools at Waseda University) entering Waseda University in September 2025 will begin on October 1, 2025. We will notify students via their Waseda email address when new students and their guardians are able to log in to the “Waseda University Tuition Payment Account Web Registration System(K-front).” 

The “Waseda University Tuition Payment Account Web Registration System (K-front)” for current students (enrolled before April 2025) will not be accepting changes or new registrations during the period from September 22 to 30, 2025, due to data replacement work related to enrollment and graduation. Please proceed with your registration after October 1. However, during this period, it is still possible to carry out procedures via the bank account transfer request form, the Application Form for Automatic Debit Transfer of Tuition and Fees (in writing), and the dedicated terminal (CREPiCO).

以下の注意事項をご確認のうえ、リンクより「早稲田大学学費引落口座WEB登録システム(K-front)」にログインしてください。ログインには学生・生徒の学籍番号と生年月日の入力が必要になりますので、保護者や学生・生徒以外の口座名義人が手続を行う場合、学生・生徒に学籍番号を確認してください。またお手元に指定する口座の通帳やキャッシュカードもしくは口座情報が分かる資料などをご用意ください。/Please read the following instructions and log in to the “Waseda University Tuition Payment Account Web Registration System (K-front)” from the link below. ※信用金庫の口座を指定する場合、iPadを利用できない場合があります。上記の推奨環境のPCやスマートフォンを利用してください。

暗証番号などの認証情報は金融機関による口座名義人の本人確認のために必要です。暗証番号などの金融機関認証情報が大学に通知されることはありません。
信託銀行の口座はインターネットからの登録ができません。信託銀行の口座の登録を希望される場合は、以下の「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）による手続をお願いします。なお、学費引落口座として登録が可能な信託銀行の口座は、みずほ信託銀行、三井住友信託銀行、三菱ＵＦＪ信託銀行、ＳＭＢＣ信託銀行の口座のみです。
金融機関によって登録に必要な条件や情報が異なります。ゆうちょ銀行口座を指定される場合、登録された電話番号の入力とその電話番号に通知されるワンタイムパスワードが必要です。電話番号が不明な方は、予め口座開設時の電話番号をゆうちょダイレクトまたはゆうちょ銀行窓口で確認してください。また、みずほ銀行の口座を指定する場合、インターネットバンキング（みずほダイレクト）を利用していることが条件となります。
「法人名義」口座および「当座預金」口座はインターネットからの登録ができません。「法人名義」口座（かつ「普通預金」口座）の登録を希望される場合は、以下の「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）による手続をお願いします。「当座預金」口座の登録を希望される場合は、こちらの問い合わせフォームから「当座預金」口座の登録を希望する旨と専用用紙の送付先住所をご連絡ください。可能な限り、普通預金による登録をお願いいたします（以下の「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」では「当座預金」口座の登録はできません）。
暗証番号などの認証情報を複数回間違えると金融機関側でロックがかかり手続ができなくなります。一度でも間違えた場合は、ロックが掛かる前に認証情報について金融機関へ問い合わせることをお勧めします（大学がロックを解除することはできません）。インターネットでの手続きが難しい場合は、以下の「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）による手続も可能です。
各セッションにおいて一定時間操作されない場合はタイムアウトになりますのでご注意ください。タイムアウトになった場合は、最初からやり直してください。
ブラウザの戻る、進む、再読み込みボタンは使用しないでください。正常に登録されません。
以下の時間帯はメンテナンスのためご利用できません。

その他金融機関によって、利用できない時間帯があります。

次回の口座振替に学費引落口座の新規登録または変更を反映させたい場合は、以下の期日までにK-front上での手続を完了させてください（手続締切に間に合わなかった場合の取り扱いは「よくある質問と回答」をご覧ください）。

何らかの理由でインターネット（早稲田大学学費引落口座WEB登録システム）によるお手続きが難しい場合、「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）をご自身でダウンロード・印刷のうえ、必要事項を記入・押印のうえ大学宛に郵送することによりお手続きを行うことも可能です。/If for some reason it is difficult to complete the online procedure (Waseda University Tuition Payment Account Web Registration System), you may download and print the Application Form for Automatic Debit Transfer of Tuition and Fees (in writing), fill out and seal it, and send it to the university by mail.

学費引落口座登録に関する問い合わせフォーム/Inquiry Form for Tuition Payment Account Registration ╢

早稲田大学では学費等の口座振替業務の一部を「三井住友カード株式会社」に委託し当社の代金回収サービスを利用して実施しています。また「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）の処理業務を本学全額出資子会社の「株式会社早稲田大学アカデミックソリューション」に委託しています。両社への業務委託にあたっては必要な契約を締結したうえで、個人情報について慎重を期した取り扱いを徹底しています。

Waseda University outsources a part of the automatic debit transfer operations of tuition and fees to “Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd.” Waseda University also outsources the processing of “Application Form for Automatic Debit Transfer” (written documents) to “Waseda University Academic Solutions Corporation,” a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waseda University. When outsourcing operations to these two companies, we conclude the necessary contracts and ensure that personal information is handled with the utmost care.
