Summer vacation will begin Thursday, July 30 and continue until Sunday, September 20, 2026.
Please note that during this period, offices and facilities will generally be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, special holidays(August 6 (Thu) and August 7 (Fri)), and the general holiday period (August 10 (Mon) to August 14 (Fri)).
*We are expecting heavy congestion on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2 due to the Open Campus activities. Please note that some classrooms will be unavailable from Friday, July 31 due to preparations. Please refer to the website (Japanese only) for details.
①Opening hours of faculty/graduate school offices, campuses, and facilities
During the summer vacation period, opening hours, office hours, and facility opening hours will be different from normal. As a general rule, all offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during this period. Please contact the office of your faculty or graduate school for information on office hours, telephone reception hours, grade announcements, re-examinations, course registration dates, etc.

②Certificate issuing service and on-campus issuing machine availability hours
The available hours are different during the summer vacation period. For details, please refer to the following website.
Please note that there are periods during which the certificate issuance service will not be available, as follows:
- On-campus issuing machines will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5 to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17
- Convenience store issuance suspension period: Friday, August 14 to Saturday, August 15
