（2026年9月入学者）研究室仮配属の申請 / Application for Provisional Laboratory Assignment (September 2026 Entrants)

「研究室仮配属 1次ラウンド」について
Provisional Laboratory Assignment – 1st Round

対象学生は、配属を希望する研究室の教員にeメールで連絡し、9月11日（金）～9月25日（金）の間に必ず面談等を行ってください。

Eligible students must contact the faculty member(s) of the laboratory they wish to join by email and complete an interview or other necessary meeting(s) between Friday, September 11 and Friday, September 25.

教員への連絡方法 / How to Contact Faculty Members

教員にメールする際は、件名を必ず以下のとおりとしてください。

「（2026年9月入学者）研究室仮配属の申請について」

本文には学籍番号と氏名を明記し、必要事項を記入した「研究室配属用 自己紹介シート」を添付して送ってください。丁寧なメールを送ることを強く推奨します。

When emailing a faculty member, you must use the following subject line:

“(September 2026 Entrant) Application for Provisional Laboratory Assignment”

In the body of the email, clearly state your student ID number and full name, and attach the completed “Self-Introduction Sheet for Laboratory Assignment”. You are strongly advised to send a polite and professional email.

教員へのeメール送付または面談後、その研究室への配属を希望しないことが決まった場合は、直ちに、必ずその旨を教員に伝えてください。これが守られていないことが判明した場合、1次ラウンドで研究室仮配属がされない可能性がありますので、十分注意してください。

After sending an email or completing an interview, if you decide not to request assignment to that laboratory, you must inform the faculty member immediately. Failure to do so may result in you not being assigned to any laboratory during the 1st round.

1次ラウンドの日程 / 1st Round Schedule

仮配属先の教員の指導に基づき、必要に応じて、科目登録3次登録期間（10月7日（水）9:00～10月8日（木）16:00）に登録科目を修正してください。

Based on the guidance of your provisionally assigned faculty member, you may revise your registered courses during the 3rd Course Registration Period (October 7 (Wednesday), 9:00 – October 8 (Thursday), 16:00), if necessary.

「研究室仮配属 2次ラウンド」について
Provisional Laboratory Assignment – 2nd Round

研究室仮配属1次ラウンドで配属先が決まらなかった学生は、2次ラウンドに進みます。

Students who are not assigned to a laboratory during the 1st round will proceed to the 2nd round.

2次ラウンドでは、対象学生に別途案内する各教員の「受入要件」をよく確認してください。

そのうえで、定員に空きがあるすべての研究室について希望順位を記入した「2次ラウンド仮配属希望調書」を、10月2日（金）までにIPS事務所へeメールで提出してください。

In the 2nd round, eligible students must carefully review the “Acceptance Requirements” specified by each faculty member, which will be provided separately.

You must then complete the 2nd Round Provisional Assignment Preference Form, listing all laboratories with available capacity in order of preference, and submit it by email to the IPS Office no later than Friday, October 2.

Results will be announced on Monday, October 5 via the bulletin board and email.
