Full-time faculty members have a kenkyushitsu (faculty lab) in Waseda University. You can contact them by visiting the kenkyushitsu. To look up the location or telephone number of a kenkyushitsu, see the bulletin board in the Office of the Schools of Science and Engineering (Bldg. #51 1F) or refer to the website of the office.
Since part-time lecturers do not have a kenkyushitsu (faculty lab) in Waseda University, generally they come to Nishi-Waseda campus only when they have a class to teach. You need to contact them by regular mail through the Kyoinshitsu. Please bring a stamped envelope, a self-addressed stamped envelope for reply, and a letter (main purpose, your contact information, etc.) to the Kyoinshitsu.
