- 10:00 am ~ 4:00 pm, between Monday and Friday
- The office is closed on Saturday

After-Hour Office
- Opening Hours 5:00 pm ~ 10:00 pm, between Monday and Friday
(5:00 pm – 8:30 pm during Summer, Winter and Spring vacations) - The office is closed on Saturday
*Please note that the After-Hour Office may not be able to respond depending on the content of your inquiry, as it is originally designed to provide services to students from the evening Japanese programs only.

- If you have any emergency inquiry, please call the Academic Advising Office（早稲田ポータルオフィス）.
- Reception Time 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm (Saturday ONLY, closed during University’s vacation periods)
