E.M.LYON Summer Session 募集のお知らせ
フランスの協定校 E.M.LYON より、2015 年5-6月に開催される Summer Session のお知らせが届いております。箇所間留学の派遣枠で、授業料免除で参加いただけるプログラムです。
以下、応募要項です。

申請可能学生：商学研究科の正規学生で、以下の条件を満たす者
– 2016年春学期に商学研究科に在籍していること（休学者は申請不可）
単位認定：申請制度有り(単位認定は本人からの申請に基づいて審査が行われた後、認定可否が決定されます。）
- 2016年9月修了予定者は8月末日までにE.M.LYONでの成績表を添えて申請すること。
募集人数：若干名
申請期間：3月1日（火）～ 3月１5日（火）23:59
申請方法：以下A. Bの両方を申請期間内に行ってください。
A. 申請のメールを[email protected]宛てに送信。メールタイトルを「E.M.LYON Summer Session申請」とし、学籍番号、氏名（フルネーム）、携帯電話番号、メールアドレス、希望モジュールを記入すること。
B. 下記書類6点を事務所へ提出（e-mail可）
②英文履歴書（形式は自由）
③志望動機（A4サイズ1枚、英文400字程度）
④語学能力スコアレポートのコピー（TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, GMAT 等）
⑤直近の成績表
⑥商学研究科派遣留学誓約書（要署名・捺印）
※誓約書の提出がない場合、応募を受理しません。メール提出の場合は後日原本をご提出
いただきます。
受信後、事務所より確認のメールをお送りします。送信後3日以内に事務所からの返信がない
場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。
結果発表：4月１4日（木）17:00 ※Waseda-netメール宛に結果をお送りします。
留意事項：
・本プログラムに参加する場合、公休扱いとはしません。また春学期の履修科目の成績には一切配慮しません。
・派遣先での授業料はかかりません。
・旅費、食費、宿泊費、海外旅行保険料等はすべて参加者の個人負担となります。
・このプログラム参加に対する奨学金の給付はありません。
・航空券は各自でご手配ください。宿泊先はE.M.LYONによる紹介あり。派遣決定後に詳細をお知らせします。
・早稲田大学の割引制度を利用した海外旅行保険（取扱代理店：キャンパス保険センター）への
加入が必須です。※参考：保険料 \7,180（12日）～

E.M.LYON Summer Session
E.M.Lyon, one of the partner schools of GSC in France, has released the information on ‘Summer Session’in May-June, 2016. The tuition will be waived since you can join this program as an exchange student from GSC. The details are as follows ;
Course Period: May 31 – June 24, 2016
(Module 1) May 31-June 10
(Module 2) June 13-June 24

Applicant Qualification:
Degree-seeking GSC students who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply.
– To be enrolled in GSC in spring semester 2016. (Students who take spring semester off cannot apply for the program.)
Credit Transfer:
Application for credit transfer should be done by students. After reviewing the application, it will be determined if the credits are transferred.
– Graduating students of September 2016 may apply for credit transfer, as far as they submit application along with the transcript of E.M.LYON by the end of August.
Number to be admitted: A few students
Application Period: March 1 (Tue) – March 15 (Tue) 23:59
How to Apply:
Please complete both A and B indicated below during the specified application period.
A. Email to [email protected], including your student ID number, full-name, mobile phone number,
e-address and module choices. The email title should be ‘Application for
E.M.LYON Summer Session’.
B. Submission of the below documents (either at GSC office or by e-mail)
②Resume (CV) written in English (Free format)
③Motivation of applying for the program (A4, approx. 400 words in English)
④Copy of official score report of English proficiency test (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, GMAT, etc.)
⑤Official recent transcript
⑥Consent form to participate in GSC overseas program
※Application without the ‘Consent Form to Participate in GSC Study Abroad Program’cannot be accepted. Though email attachment will be acceptable, the original one should be submitted later.
We will send confirmation email once we receive application email. If you do not receive the return email from the office within 3 days, please contact us promptly.
Results of Application: April 14 (Thu) 17:00
**Results will be sent to applicants’ Waseda-net E-mail addresses.
Note:
● Your absence will not be treated as an official leave.
As for GSC spring semester courses, no special consideration on grades will be given.
●The tuition will be waived. (Tuition and fees must be paid fully to Waseda University)
● Fees for air ticket, accommodation, food & drink and travel insurance are paid by students.
● There is no scholarship for joining this program.
● Air ticket will be arranged by each student. Accommodation Information by E.M.LYON will be given later.
● Designated travel insurance at Waseda discount rate must be purchased. (Agent: Campus Insurance Center, Inc.) **(FYR) Insurance fee for 12 days: 7,180yen
