課外活動の段階的な再開について（第14報）
学内での新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大が抑えられていることから、以下のとおり、課外活動の制限を緩和します。引き続き基本的な感染対策を継続しながら課外活動を行ってください。
記
1．課外活動中のマスク着用の原則は継続します。ただし、次の場合のマスク非着用を認めるとともに、イベント等の実施時においてこれまでマスク非着用者に義務付けていた事前の陰性確認・提出は不要です。マスク非着用の活動を行う場合でも、当該の練習・本番の終了後は速やかにマスクを着用してください。
・屋外において人との距離を十分にとった場合
・物理的な理由でマスクの着用が難しい場合
・激しい動作を伴うスポーツ等を行う場合
・舞台・演奏会等の公演において本番を実施する場合
2．集客を伴うイベント等を実施する場合、集客数を実施会場の収容定員の1/2以下から2/3以下に緩和します。また、厳重な感染対策を取れる場合には、収容定員上限までの集客も認めます。イベント等の実施には事前申請による大学の承認が必要です。感染対策の詳細も含め、申請を行ってください。
3．サークル合宿や宿泊を伴う遠征は、事前に大学の承認を得た大会等に参加する場合を除き、引き続き禁止します。なお、これまで宿泊者に義務付けていた事前の陰性確認・提出は、原則不要とします。
4．７月４日から、学生会館の閉館時間を20:00から22:00までに延長します。
5．練習、イベントを問わず、当日、本人に発熱等の体調不良が認められる場合、および同居人が発熱している場合、活動への参加を引き続き禁止します。
6．課外活動中、水分補給や運営上やむを得ず食事をとる場合は、引き続き黙食を徹底してください。
7．クラス、ゼミ、サークル等を単位とする大人数での食事を伴う懇親会、飲み会、打ち上げ等の実施は引き続き禁止します。友人等と少人数で食事を行う場合は、黙食を徹底するとともに、会話の際にはマスクを必ず着用してください。また、路上、高田馬場駅前ロータリーや公園等の公共の場所での飲食・飲酒および周囲の迷惑となる行為は厳に控えてください。

On the Phased Resumption of Extracurricular Activities (June 15, 2022)
Dear Students,
Since the spread of novel coronavirus infection on campus has been controlled, some restrictions on extracurricular activities will be relaxed as follows. Please continue taking basic measures to prevent infection during your activities.
1. The principle of wearing masks during extracurricular activities will continue. However, in the following cases, you are allowed to not wear masks. And the prior negative confirmation and submission the results of the confirmation that is required to those who do not wear a mask prior to the events etc., will no longer be required. Even if you do activities without masks, please wear masks as soon as you finish the practice activities and the performance.
・When you maintain sufficient physical distance from others outdoors
・When it is physically difficult to wear masks
・When you play sports or other activities that involve strenuous movements
・When you do a real stage performance, music performance, etc.
2. When holding events that attract visitors, the limit of the number of audiences will be relaxed from no more than 1/2 to no more than 2/3 the capacity of the event venue. In addition, if strict measures to prevent infection can be taken, the maximum number of audiences will be allowed. Prior approval from the Student Affairs Section is required to conduct events. Please submit an application including details of measures to prevent infection.
3. Circle training camps and expeditions involving overnight stays will continue to be prohibited, except when participating in competitions, etc., for which prior approval has been obtained by the Student Affairs Section. In principle, the prior negative confirmation and submission of the result of confirmation will no longer be required for those who have stayed overnight.
4. From July 4, the closing time of Waseda University Student Center will be extended from 20:00 to 22:00.
5. Regardless of whether it is a practice or an event, if the student himself/herself is found to have a fever or other illness on the day of the practice or the event, or if a family member or roommate living with the student has a fever, the student will continue to be prohibited from participating in extracurricular activities.
6. During the rehydration or the unavoidable meal due to the operational reason in the extracurricular activities, please continue to ensure that you eat silently.
7. Large group gatherings, drinking parties, launches, etc., in units of classes, seminars, circles, etc., will continue to be prohibited. When dining with a small group of friends, please be sure to strictly eat in silence and be sure to wear masks when having a conversation. In addition, please strictly refrain from eating, drinking, and any other activities that may cause inconvenience to others on the street or in public places such as the rotary in front of Takadanobaba Station or parks.
