【重要】2022年度曜日指定部室の手続きについて（一次受付：2月21日（月）～2月25日（金）、二次受付：3月9日（水）～3月10日（木）、予備受付：3月11日（金）～3月17日（木））
表題の件について、以下「2022年度 曜日指定部室使用権利一覧」に記載されている公認サークルのうち、2022年度曜日指定部室の利用を希望するサークルは、2022年1月28日付「2022年度春学期 サークル各種手続きについて」で案内のとおり、2月21日（月）より申請フォームでの一次受付、3月9日（水）・3月10日（木）10時より学生生活課3番カウンターでの二次受付を行いますので、下記の注意事項をよく確認の上、期限内に所定の手続きを行ってください。なお、期限を過ぎての受付は一切できません（新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により変更等が生じた場合は改めてお知らせします）。
◆申請期間
●申請フォームでの一次受付：2月21日（月）～2月25日（金）23:59まで

※上記申請フォームは2月21日（月）に申請可能となります。
※「2022年度 曜日指定部室使用権利一覧」に記載されている公認サークルのみ申請可能です。2月17日（木）17時時点で大学に登録されている対象サークルの三役に申請権限を付与しますので、三役のうちの1名が申請を行ってください。
※曜日指定部室は限りがあるため、定数に達した場合は申込可能期間であっても受付を終了します。その場合、予備受付は行いませんので、一次受付は必ず行ってください。
※申請締め切り後、3月9日（水）・3月10日（木）10時から開始する学生生活課3番カウンターでの二次受付の順番を、抽選により決定します（申請フォームの申請順ではありません）。決定した順番は3月2日（水）（予定）に学生生活課Webサイト上で発表しますので、必ず確認してください。なお、3月9日（水）・3月10日（木）の学生生活課3番カウンターでの二次受付は、3月2日（水）（予定）に学生生活課Webサイト上で発表する番号順に実施します。各サークルの受付日時は指定となりますので、発表後、サークル内で手続者を調整してください。
●学生生活課3番カウンターでの二次受付：3月9日（水）・3月10日（木）10：00～16：00
※一次受付の申請状況により、受付時間は変更となる場合があります。
※二次受付時に利用を希望する部室の選択を行うこととなります。
申請フォームでの一次受付を行ったが、3月9日（水）・3月10日（木）に手続きを行わなかったサークルおよび、申請フォームでの一次受付を行わなかったサークルは、下記日時に限り学生生活課3番カウンターでの申込みを可能とします。
●予備受付：3月11日（金）～3月17日（木）10：00～16：00 ※事務所閉室日は除く
◆注意事項
・2022年度の曜日指定部室の申込みは窓口での混乱を避けるため、一次受付後、各サークルの二次受付の日時を指定します。先着順ではありませんので、学生生活課3番カウンター前に早朝から並んでも受付できません。
※3月11日（金）～3月17日（木）に行う予備受付は先着順としますが、早朝から並ぶことのないようにしてください。
・新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として、二次受付および予備受付の来訪可能人数は1サークル2名までとします。
・手続き時には「学生証」が必須となります。忘れた場合は受付できません。また、手続者は2021年度にサークル会員として登録されている者に限ります。未登録者は手続きできません（早大生以外の受付は一切認めません）。
・「2022年度 曜日指定部室使用権利一覧」にて使用可能日数を確認してください。

[Important] Regarding procedures for Day-specified circle rooms for AY2022 (Primary application: 2/21(Mon)-2/25(Fri), Secondary application: 3/9(Wed)-3/10(Thu), Spare application: 3/11(Fri)-3/17(Thu)
Regarding the above matter, official circles listed in the “AY2022 List of rights to use Day-specified circle rooms” that wish to use Day-specified circle rooms in AY2022 are requested to complete the prescribed procedures within the deadline after carefully reading the following notes. We will accept the Primary application from 2/21(Mon), and the Secondary application from 10:00 a.m. on 3/9(Wed) and 3/10(Thu) at the Student Affairs Section Counter No. 3. We will not accept any applications after the deadline. (If there are any changes due to the influence of COVID-19, we will notify you separately.)
◆Application period
●Primary application in the application form: 2/21(Mon) to 2/25(Fri) 23:59

※The above application form will be available from 2/21(Mon)
※Only official circles listed in the ” AY2022 List of rights to use Day-specified circle rooms” can apply. Application authority is granted to the three representatives of eligible circles registered with the university by 2/17(Thu) 17:00, so one of the three representatives in a circle should apply.
※The number of Day-specified circle rooms is limited, so if the maximum number of rooms is reached, we will stop accepting applications even if it is during the application period. In such a case, there will be no spare application, so please make sure to apply for the primary application if you wish to use circle room.
※After the application deadline, the order for Secondary application will be decided by lottery (not in the order of application on the application form). The order will be announced on the Student Affairs Section website on 3/2 (Wed) (tentative), so please be sure to check the website. Secondary application at the Student Affairs Section Counter No.3 on 3/9(Wed) and 3/10(Thu) will be accepted in the order of the numbers. The date and time of the application for each circle will be designated, so please make arrangement within your circle as to who will take care of the procedure after the announcement.
●Secondary application at the Student Affairs Section Counter No.3: 3/9(Wed) and 3/10(Thu) 10: 00 – 16:00
※Please note that the hours of application may be subject to change depending on the primary application status.
※At the Secondary application, circles will select the room they wish to use.
Circles for which Primary application was accepted but did not proceed on 3/9(Wed) or 3/10(Thu), or circles that did not complete Primary application can apply at the Student Affairs Section No.3 Counter only on the following dates and times.
●Spare application: 3/11(Fri) – 3/17(Thu) 10:00 – 16:00
※Except on days when the office is closed.
◆Notes
・In order to avoid confusion at the counter, the date and time of Secondary application for each circle will be designated after Primary application. Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so even if you line up early in the morning in front of the Student Affairs Section Counter No.3, you will not be accepted.
※Spare application will be held from 3/11(Fri) to 3/17(Thu) on a first-come, first-served basis, but please DO NOT line up early in the morning.
・As a precaution against COVID-19 infection, the number of people who will come for the procedure is limited to two per circle for Secondary and Spare application.
・Student ID card is required at the time of application. If procedures forget their student ID, they will not be accepted. Also, procedures must be registered as a circle member in AY2021. Those who are not registered will not be able to apply. (Only Waseda University students are accepted as procedure holders. Students of other universities are not allowed to apply)
・Please confirm the available days by referring to the ” AY2022 List of rights to use Day-specified circle rooms “.

・Please print out (A4 size, single-sided printing) the ” AY2022 Application for use of Day-specified circle rooms” and ” AY2022 Application for use of Day-specified circle rooms (copy for circles) “, fill in the necessary information in advance, and be sure to bring them to Secondary or Spare application at the Student Affairs Section Counter No.3.
