台風6号による伊豆川奈セミナーハウスの設備故障について、昨日までに復旧作業および最終点検を実施し、利用に支障がないことを確認いたしました。
これにより、これまで停止していた伊豆川奈セミナーハウスの新規予約受付について、再開いたしますのでお知らせします。また、既にご予約済みの団体の皆様につきましても、当初の予定通りご利用いただくことが可能です。
改めまして、この度はご利用を予定されていた皆様、またご予約を変更いただいた皆様には、多大なるご不便・ご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、お詫び申し上げます。
先日の台風6号に伴う大雨および落雷の影響により、伊豆川奈セミナーハウスの一部設備に故障が発生しました。これに伴い、現在、浴室およびエアコンが使用できない状況となっております。
現在、設備の復旧に向けて対応を進めておりますが、伊豆川奈セミナーハウスが所在する伊東市内においても同様の被害が広く発生しており、現時点では復旧完了時期の見通しが立っておりません。
つきましては、利用者の皆様に安全かつ適切な環境でご利用いただくことが困難であるため、当面の間、伊豆川奈セミナーハウスの新規予約受付を停止いたします。
既に伊豆川奈セミナーハウスをご予約いただいている団体につきましては、可能な限り他のセミナーハウスへの振替利用をご検討くださいますよう、お願いいたします。
状況が分かり次第、随時こちらでお知らせしてまいります。
なお、現時点で、6/26(金)より開始する秋学期利用期間の予約受付（抽選含む）は、通常通り受け付ける予定です。
ご利用を予定されていた皆様には多大なるご不便・ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Regarding the equipment failure at the Izu Kawana Seminar House caused by Typhoon No. 6, restoration work and final inspections were completed as of yesterday, and we have confirmed that there are no issues affecting its use.
Accordingly, we would like to inform you that the acceptance of new reservations for the Izu Kawana Seminar House, which had been temporarily suspended, will now be resumed. Groups with existing reservations may also proceed with their original plans as scheduled.
We would like to sincerely apologize again for the considerable inconvenience and disruption caused to all those who had planned to use the facility, as well as to those who kindly adjusted their reservations.
Due to the heavy rain and lightning associated with Typhoon No. 6 the other day, some facilities at the Izu-Kawana Seminar House have been damaged. As a result, the bathing facilities and air conditioning system are currently unavailable.
We are working toward restoring the equipment; however, similar damage has occurred widely throughout Ito City, where the seminar house is located, and we are currently unable to provide an estimate for when restoration will be completed.
Accordingly, as it is difficult to provide a safe and appropriate environment for use, we will suspend acceptance of new reservations for the Izu Kawana Seminar House for the time being.
For groups that have already made reservations, we kindly ask that you consider transferring your booking to another seminar house whenever possible.
We will continue to provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
Please note that, at present, reservations for the fall semester usage period, including the lottery, scheduled to begin on Friday, June 26, are expected to be accepted as usual.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused to those who had planned to use the facility, and we appreciate your understanding.
