Spring vacation will begin on Wednesday, February 4th and continue until Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Please note that each campus will have restricted-access periods due to entrance examinations. During the restricted-access period for the Waseda Campus, the temporary office will be set up at the Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor of Building 25, Okuma Garden House).
① Opening hours of faculty offices, campuses, and facilities
During Spring vacation, opening hours, office hours, and facility opening hours will be different from normal. As a general rule, all offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during this period. Please contact the office of your faculty for information on office hours, telephone reception hours, grade announcements, re-examinations, course registration dates, etc.

② Availability of the certificate issuing service and on-campus issuing machine
The available hours are different during the Spring vacation period. For details, please refer to the following website.
The on-campus certificate-issuing machines are unavailable on Sundays and public holidays. Additionally, there are periods when entry to the campus is prohibited for anyone other than examinees, proctors, and university faculty and staff due to preparation for, and the administration of, entrance examinations.
