Winter vacation will begin on Tuesday, December 23rd and continue until Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.
Please note that during this period, offices and facilities will generally be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, special holidays (December 26th (Fri) and January 6th (Tue)), and the general holiday period (December 29th (Mon) to January 5th (Mon)).
① Opening hours of faculty offices, campuses, and facilities
During winter vacation, opening hours, office hours, and facility opening hours will be different from normal. As a general rule, all offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during this period. Please contact the office of your faculty for information on office hours, telephone reception hours, grade announcements, re-examinations, course registration dates, etc.

Please note that there are periods during which the certificate issuance service will not be available, as follows:
- On-campus issuing machines will be unavailable from Friday, December 26th until Tuesday, January 6th.
