マスク着用ルール変更に伴う課外活動の制限緩和について（第18報）
「4月1日以降のマスク着用ルールの変更について（第17報）」（2023年2月28日周知）でお知らせした通り、4月1日以降、学内におけるマスクの着用については、個人の判断に委ねることが基本となりました。今後は体調管理や手洗い・手指消毒を行う、3密回避を心がける等の基本的な感染予防策を各自が行うこととし、学内施設における利用人数制限等の規制は緩和されていくことになります。
これに伴い、課外活動についても以下の変更を行います。なお、サークル等の新歓活動に関しては、3月28日に学生生活課が周知した内容を厳守するようにしてください。
◆「2023年度春学期 新歓活動および諸注意について 」（2023年3月28日通知）

1．4月1日以降、学内施設では利用する施設の収容定員まで集客を行ったイベント等の実施を認めます。学外施設においては定められたルールを遵守してください。なお、イベントの内容によっては適宜マスク着用を来場者に推奨するようにしてください。
2．4月3日以降、立食形式を含めた会食の実施を認めます。会食の際には、以下の感染予防策を講じてください。
①マスクの着用については個人の判断に委ねることを基本とするが、飲食しながら大声で話すなどの行動は慎むこと。
②手指の消毒を徹底すること。
③会場や飲食店が定めた感染予防ルールに従うこと。

Relaxation of Restrictions on Extracurricular Activities
Due to Changes in Rules for Wearing Masks (March 28, 2023)
As announced in the “Changes in Rules for Wearing Masks after April 1” (February 28, 2023), mask-wearing on campus will be left up to each individual’s direction starting April 1. From now on, each individual will take the basic measures to prevent infection such as health management, handwashing, hand-sanitization, and avoiding the Three Cs, and restrictions on the number of people using on-campus facilities will be relaxed.
In accordance with this change, the following changes will be made to extracurricular activities. Regarding circle recruitment activities, please strictly follow the information that was announced by the Student Affairs Section on March 28, 2023
◆“Regarding circle recruitment activities and notes (spring semester of AY2023) ” (March 28, 2023)
1. After April 1, on-campus facilities will be allowed to hold events, etc., that have gathered an audience up to the capacity of the facility being used. At off-campus facilities, please follow the predetermined rules. Depending on the type of the event, please encourage visitors to wear masks appropriately.
2. After April 3, dining, including standing buffet style, will be permitted. The following measures to prevent infection must be taken during the meal.
①Although mask-wearing will be left up to each individual’s direction, please refrain from talking loudly while eating or drinking.
②Thorough hand sanitization
③Compliance to the infection prevention rules set by each venue/restaurants.
