4月1日以降のマスク着用ルールの変更について（第17報）
既に報道されているとおり、政府は、3月13日以降のマスク着用について、行政が一律にルールとして求める考え方を変更し、個人の判断に委ねることを基本とし、感染防止対策として効果的な場合にはマスク着用を推奨する旨の方針を発表しました。この方針は、周知期間・準備期間等も考慮され3月13日からの適用となる一方で、学校においては4月1日から適用されることになっています。
そのため、本学構内におけるマスク着用ルール等について、以下のとおり変更を行います。

1．3月31日までは「屋内は原則マスク着用。屋外は距離（約2m）があればマスク着用を求めない」という現行の方針を継続します。
2．上記１．の方針に関わらず、3月25日、26日に開催される卒業式・学位授与式等におけるマスク着用については、別に発表された政府見解を踏まえて異なる運用を行います。詳細は下記Webサイトを確認してください。

3．4月1日以降、本学構内においてもマスクの着用を求めないことを基本とします。ただし、4月1日～4日に対面での勧誘を行う新歓活動等、屋外においても他者との距離を十分に確保できない恐れがある企画等については、マスク着用を推奨する場合があります。企画ごとに周知される内容を確認するようにしてください。
4．会食に係る制限については、現行のルールを継続します。

Changes in Rules for Wearing Masks after April 1 (February 28, 2023)
As has already been reported, the Japanese government has announced a policy change to stop requiring masks as a rule by the administration. After March 13, wearing masks will be left to individual judgment, and masks will be recommended when they are effective as a preventive measure. This new policy will take effect on March 13, taking into consideration the period of awareness and preparation, while it will take effect on April 1 at schools.
Therefore, we will make the following changes in rules for wearing masks on campus.
1．The current policy of “in principle, masks are worn indoors, but outdoors masks are not required if there is a distance (approx. 2m) between people” will continue until March 31.
2．Notwithstanding the policy described in 1. above, the wearing of masks at graduation ceremonies to be held on March 25 and 26, will be operated differently based on the separately announced government view. Please check the following website for details.

3．After April 1, we basically do not require students to wear masks on campus. However, we may recommend the wearing of masks for events that may not be able to maintain a sufficient distance from others even outdoors, such as circle recruitment activities that involve face-to-face from April 1 to 4. Please make sure to check the details that will be made known to you for each event.
4．The current rules regarding restrictions on dining will continue.
