課外活動の段階的な再開について（第13報）
まん延防止等重点措置が解除されたことに伴い、以下のとおり課外活動の制限を緩和します。新年度を目前に控え、課外活動の新たな計画・準備を行うサークルも多いでしょう。多彩な課外活動は早稲田大学の大きな魅力の一つです。日々の練習や大会、公演等に存分に力を注いでいくことができるよう、引き続き不織布マスク(以下、単に「マスク」と表記)の着用、手指の消毒、黙食等の感染対策を継続しながら活動を行ってください。
記
１．イベント等の実施は引き続きオンライン形式を推奨しますが、感染予防策を徹底することで、集客を伴う形式を認めます。その際、集客数は実施会場の収容定員1/2以下としてください。イベント等実施には事前申請による大学の承認が必要です。
２．集客を伴うイベント等を実施する際には、出演者・来場者ともにマスクを着用することを原則とします。楽器を演奏する等、物理的にマスクを着用することが難しい活動や、成果発表内容の演出等の都合により出演者のマスク着用が難しい場合は、新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種の有無にかかわらず、マスク非着用者全員が、イベント実施日4日～2日前までの間に、ＰＣＲ検査あるいは抗原検査による陰性確認を行うことで、本番中のマスク非着用を認めます。陰性確認の結果については、必ず大学に事前報告を行ってください（事務所開室時間を厳守）。なお、本番終了後は、速やかにマスクを着用してください。
３．「練習」活動においても、マスクの着用を徹底してください。物理的にマスクを着用することが難しい等の理由でやむを得ずマスクを外す場合も、練習終了後は速やかにマスクを着用してください。
４．練習、イベントを問わず、当日、本人に発熱等の体調不良が認められる場合および同居人が発熱している場合、活動への参加は禁止します。
５．サークル合宿や宿泊を伴う遠征は、事前に大学の承認を得た大会等に参加する場合を除き、引き続き原則、禁止します。宿泊を行う者は、上記2.同様に、陰性確認および大学への事前報告を必要とします。
６．課外活動中の食事は、水分補給は除き、原則禁止とします。ただし、運営上やむを得ず食事が必要な場合は、黙食を徹底し、短時間で済ませるようにしてください。
７．クラス、ゼミ、サークル等を単位とする大人数での懇親会、飲み会、打ち上げ等の実施は引き続き禁止します。友人等と少人数で食事を行う場合は、各自治体や認証を受けた飲食店が定める感染予防のルールを厳守するようにし、会話の際はマスクを必ず着用してください。また、路上、高田馬場駅前ロータリーや公園等の公共の場所での飲食・飲酒および周囲の迷惑となる行為は厳に控えてください。

On the Phased Resumption of Extracurricular Activities (March 28, 2022)
Dear Students,
With the lifting of the Quasi-emergency Coronavirus Measures, some restrictions on extracurricular activities will be relaxed as follows. Many circles will be making new plans and preparations for extracurricular activities before the new academic year. A wide variety of extracurricular activities are one of the major charms of Waseda University. In order for you to be able to devote your full energies to your daily practices, competitions, performances, etc., please continue taking measures to prevent infection as wearing non-woven masks (hereinafter simply referred to as “masks”), disinfecting your hands and fingers, and eating silently etc. during your activities.
1. Online format will continue to be the preferred method of conducting events, etc. However, under the condition that infection control measures are strictly observed, events may be held in a format that attracts an audience. In such cases, the number of audiences should be limited to no more than 1/2 the capacity of the event venue. Prior approval from the Student Affairs Section is required to conduct events.
2. In principle, both performers and visitors are required to wear masks when holding events that attract visitors. If it is physically difficult to wear a mask for activities such as playing a musical instrument, or if it is difficult to wear a mask due to the directorial or other reasons, you are allowed to not wear a mask only during the performance. However, that is on the condition that everyone who does not wear a mask, regardless of whether or not they have been vaccinated against COVID-19, will have a negative PCR or antigen test confirmed between 4 and 2 days before the event. The results of the negative confirmation must be reported to the Student Affairs Section in advance (strictly within the office opening day and hours). Please wear a mask as soon as you finish the performance.
3. Please be sure to wear your mask during all “practice” activities. Even if you have no choice but to remove your mask for reasons such as physical difficulty, please put it back on immediately after practice.
4. Regardless of whether it is a practice or an event, if the student himself/herself is found to have a fever or other illness on the day of the practice or the event, or if a family member or roommate living with the student has a fever, the student will be prohibited from participating in extracurricular activities.
5. Circle training camps and expeditions involving overnight stays will continue to be prohibited in principle, except when participating in competitions, etc., for which prior approval has been obtained by the Student Affairs Section. Those who stay overnight will be required to confirm negative results and report to the Student Affairs Section in advance, as in 2. above.
6. Eating during extracurricular activities is prohibited in principle, except for rehydration. However, if a meal is unavoidable due to operational reasons, please eat in silence and try to finish it in a short period of time.
7.Large group get-togethers, drinking parties, launches, etc., in units of classes, seminars, circles, etc., will continue to be prohibited. When dining with a small group of friends, etc., be sure to strictly observe the infection prevention rules set forth by each municipality and certified restaurant and be sure to wear a mask when conversing. In addition, please strictly refrain from eating, drinking, and any other activities that may cause inconvenience to others on the street or in public places such as the rotary in front of Takadanobaba Station or parks.
