Research Summary

At this institute, core members from both within and outside the university who are involved in the sports industry are conducting joint research, collecting and analyzing data related to the sports industry, conducting surveys on the sports environment in local governments, conducting basic research on promoting the sports industry, making policy recommendations, and developing human resources. The theme of this project is “to conduct research into the development of the sports industry from various angles, through proposing solutions to social needs arising from the dramatic changes in the sports environment, building new business models, researching economic effects, and developing human resources,” and the project will mainly carry out the following research studies.

1. Collecting and analyzing data related to the sports industry
2. Regional development through sports and model verification
3. Proposing, verifying, and building new business models through sports
4. Developing human resources in the sports industry and building the associated professional human networks

Specifically, we will conduct research on new themes in the sports business field, such as data business in the sports field and sports betting.
