研究室本配属（2026年秋学期から）の登録について

下記の対象学生は、2026年7月8日（水）17時00分までに、MyWasedaより研究室本配属希望（1次ラウンド）を登録してください。

登録後、各自で第1希望として登録した教員に連絡し、2026年7月16日（木）までに面談を行ってください。

なお、最終的に本配属先が決まらなかった場合、修了が延期となりますのでご注意ください。

注意事項

• 研究室本配属決定者の発表は、2026年7月17日（金）に行います（事務所前掲示板およびE-mailにて）。
• 本配属先が決定した学生については、決定者の発表後1週間以内を目途に、各指導教員の「学生室」に入退室できるよう、IPS事務所にてキャンパスカードを一括設定します。
• 上記の日程で本配属が決まらなかった学生については、改めて再登録の手続をIPS事務所よりご案内します。

Registration for Official Laboratory Assignment from Fall Semester 2026

All applicable students are required to register their preferences for the first round of Official Laboratory Assignment via MyWaseda by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

After registration, please contact the faculty member registered as your first choice and complete an interview by Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Please note that if your official laboratory assignment is not finalized, completion of the Master’s Program will be postponed.

1. Register your preference for Official Laboratory Assignment (1st Round) via MyWaseda
2. Interview with the faculty member
3. Announcement of students assigned to laboratories (1st Round) via bulletin board and email

Notes

• The announcement of students assigned to laboratories will be made on Friday, July 17, 2026, via the bulletin board in front of the IPS Office and by email.
• For students whose laboratory assignments have been finalized, the IPS Office will configure their Campus Cards so that they can access the student room(s) of their assigned supervisors within approximately one week after the announcement.
• Students whose laboratory assignments are not finalized according to the schedule above will be notified separately by the IPS Office regarding the re-registration procedures.
