*The Tokorozawa Administrative Office serves students of the School and Graduate School of Human Sciences, as well as the School and Graduate School of Sport Sciences.
Please refer to this page, as the information on study abroad, leave of absence, and withdrawal is the same regardless of your school or graduate school.

授業について質問がある場合は、先生から指定された方法があればその方法に従って質問してください。特に指定がない場合は、授業中に直接質問するか、Waseda Moodle「Message My Teacher」を通じて、ご連絡ください。なお、先生の連絡先や研究室はお伝えできません。
If you have any questions about the class, please follow the specified method, if any, indicated by the instructor. If there is no specific method indicated by the instructor, please ask your question directly in class or contact the instructor via Waseda Moodle “Message My Teacher”. Please note that we cannot give out the instructor’s contact information or laboratory.

なお、所沢キャンパス所属の学生が早稲田・戸山・西早稲田・東伏見キャンパスへ通学する場合、学部の証明があれば、一部区間に限り通学定期が購入できます。購入を希望する場合は、学期初めに申請フォームを通じた事前申請が必要です。申請期間や申請方法の詳細は「お知らせ」および「所沢キャンパス以外への通学区間証明手続き（要事前申請）」を確認してください。
Students belonging to the Tokorozawa Campus may be eligible to purchase a commuter pass for part of the route to Waseda, Toyama, Nishi-Waseda, or Higashifushimi Campuses, with a certificate issued by their school. If you wish to obtain this certificate, please apply using the designated form by the deadline set at the beginning of the semester. For details on the application period and application procedure, please refer to the “Information” and “Procedure for certification of commuting section to a campus other than Tokorozawa Campus (Apply in advance)”
所沢総合事務センターでは取り扱っていません。所属する体育各部の主務を通じて競技スポーツセンターにご照会ください。

クラス担任（基礎ゼミ、スポーツ教養演習、ゼミ、研究指導員）、学生相談センター、保健センターこころの診療室、所沢総合事務センターなどにご相談ください。
なお、修学継続が難しい場合は、治療・休養に専念し、休学することもご検討ください。
※大学は医療機関ではないため、状況によっては医師への相談を優先してください。
Please consult with your class academic advisor, the Student Counseling Center, the Psychiatric Services Room at the Health Support Center, or the Tokorozawa Administrative Office.
While the university offers support through the above resources, if you are finding it difficult to continue your studies, we encourage you to consider taking a leave of absence to focus on treatment and rest, rather than forcing yourself to continue.
Please note that the university is not a medical institution. Depending on your condition, you should prioritize consulting with a medical professional.

所沢総合事務センターは学部・研究科事務所ですが、学生ひとりひとりの授業の出席状況や課外活動の状況を把握しているわけではございません。また、保護者であっても、学生の成績情報など、個人情報に該当するものは原則としてお伝えすることができません。
事務所から学生に連絡を試みることは可能ですが、繋がらない可能性もあります。大学は修学上の支援、心理相談、キャリア相談など、必要なサポートを提供しますが、私生活など含めた学生の身の回りのことに関するすべてを管理・指導することはできかねますので、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いします。
学生の家に行く、必要に応じ近くの警察署に安否確認を依頼する等もご検討ください。
※お問い合わせの際は、大学に登録されている保護者であることを確認させていただく場合がございます。
Tokorozawa Administrative Office does not monitor each student’s class attendance or participation in extracurricular activities. In addition, even when we have certain information, we are generally not permitted to disclose personal details such as academic records.
Although we may try to contact the student using the mobile phone number or Waseda email address registered in the university’s database, please understand that we may not always be able to reach them.
Waseda University provides various support services to assist students with their academic and mental health needs. However, the university is not in a position to manage or intervene in all aspects of students’ private lives. We appreciate your understanding.
If you are seriously concerned about your child’s well-being, you may consider visiting their residence yourself or, if necessary, contacting the nearest police station to request a welfare check.
