The Waseda Portal Office temporarily takes care of found items picked up on Waseda Campus. Please inquire at the Waseda Portal Office regarding lost and found items on Waseda Campus.

【Inquiries about lost items】
If you have lost an item on Waseda Campus and would like to inquire about it, please make a tentative reservation for the date and time you would like to pick it up by providing the details of the lost item from the reservation menu. We will check to see if the item has been reported.
【Picking up lost items】
Waseda Portal Office will contact the owner of a lost and found that has been delivered to Waseda Portal Office if the owner’s contact information is known. If you are notified by Waseda Portal Office that your lost and found has been received, please make a tentative reservation for the date and time you wish to pick up the item by providing the details of the lost item from the reservation menu.
If you find a lost item on Waseda Campus, please deliver it to the office or security office near where you found it. The Waseda Portal Office is also always available to take care of lost items. Please inform us of the time, place, and circumstances of the lost item so that we can find a clue to the owner. We appreciate your cooperation.

Lost and found items received at the Waseda Portal Office will be kept at the Waseda Portal Office for 7 days before being transferred to the Student Affairs Section.
