いちご大福に特化して活動を行っている日本初のサークルです。創設は2016年で、いちご大福の魅力を世界に広めたいとの思いで発足しました。いちご大福が好き、いちごが好き、甘いものが好き、料理が好き、商品開発をしてみたい、サークル名が面白いなど入部理由は人によってさまざまです。部員の中には「いちごは苦手だけど、面白そうだから入部しました」という人も。インカレサークルのため他大学の学生さんも多く、みんなで和気あいあいと活動に取り組んでいます。主な活動は、サークルオリジナルの商品販売に向けた大福の試作会や、いちご大福を中心とした大福の食べ比べです。その他にも夏合宿や早稲田祭での出店、日帰り旅行などもしています。

/2022年からは、商品開発に重きをおいて活動してきました。何度も試作を重ねた結果、2023年4月、ついに西早稲田にある「茶々工房」さんとコラボした商品を販売することになりました。「茶々工房」さんのお茶と合うように開発した「包まないいちご大福」は、販売時期の春に合わせて、ピンクと白の求肥を桜の形に。生クリームとあんこを使用したあんこクリームといちごを載せて、かわいらしく仕上げました。好評をいただき、5月には浅草店でのテークアウト販売もさせていただきました。

/We are the first circle in Japan that specializes in strawberry Daifuku. Founded in 2016， it was launched with the aim of spreading the charm of strawberry Daifuku to the world. People have different reasons for joining the club， such as liking strawberry Daifuku， liking strawberries， liking sweets， liking cooking， wanting to develop products， and the circle name is interesting. One of our members said， “I don't like strawberries， but I joined the club because it sounded interesting”. Since it is an intercollegiate circle， there are many students from other universities， and everyone is engaged in activities in a friendly atmosphere. The main activities are trial production of Daifuku for the sale of the circle's original products and comparison of Daifuku， especially strawberry Daifuku. We also have summer camps， stalls at the Waseda Festival， and day trips.

/Since 2022， our activities have focused on product development. After many prototypes， in April 2023， we finally decided to sell a product in collaboration with “Chacha Kobo” located in Nishi-waseda. The “Unwrapped Strawberry Daifuku” was developed to match the tea of Chacha Kobo， and pink and white mochi (rice cake) was made into the shape of cherry blossoms in time for the spring selling season. The mochi is topped with fresh cream， anko (red bean paste) cream， and strawberries to make it look pretty. It was so well received that we sold take-out at our Asakusa store in May.
