軽井沢セミナーハウスでは、A棟（82号館）へのエアコン設置工事を実施することとなりました。
これに伴い、軽井沢セミナーハウスの今年度の開室日程に一部変更が生じますので、下記のとおりお知らせします。
利用者の皆様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
変更内容
A棟
（変更前）11/8(日)AMチェックアウトまで
（変更後）10/4(日)AMチェックアウトまで
コテージ棟
（変更前）10/1(木)AMチェックアウトまで

備考
- 今回の変更は、A等の利用環境改善を目的とした工事となります。
- 本件工事に伴い、9月上旬の昼間に、A棟外周にて足場設置等の準備作業を実施します。A棟をご利用の際には、作業に伴う騒音が発生する可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。
- 10月以降、軽井沢地域では夜間の気温が低下します。コテージ棟に宿泊される場合は、防寒着の持参をお勧めいたします。

Karuizawa Seminar House will be carrying out air conditioner installation work in Building A (Building No. 82).
In connection with this, there will be partial changes to the operating schedule for this academic year as outlined below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Details of Changes
Building A (Building No. 82)
- Before change: Available until check-out on the morning of Sunday, November 8
- After change: Available until check-out on the morning of Sunday, October 4
Cottage Buildings
- Before change: Available until check-out on the morning of Thursday, October 1
- After change: Available until check-out on the morning of Sunday, November 8
Notes
- These changes are due to construction aimed at improving the usage environment of Building A.
- As part of this project, preparatory work such as scaffolding installation will be conducted around Building A during daytime hours in early September.
Please note that construction-related noise may occur when using facilities in Building A during this period. - From October onward, nighttime temperatures in the Karuizawa area can drop significantly.
Guests staying in the cottage buildings are advised to bring warm clothing.
