奨学金
日本人等学生向け奨学金登録（毎年度要）*
対象：日本学生支援機構奨学金・学内奨学金・大学推薦の民間財団奨学金を希望する日本人及び永住者、定住者、日本人（永住者）の配偶者・子の在留資格を持つ標準年限内の学生
*For those who have the following residence status, "Permanent Resident", "Long Term Resident" and "Spouse or Child of Japanese National" and whose enrollment period is within standard term, please see “日本人等学生向け奨学金登録（毎年度要）” below.
奨学金登録をした学生から原則学内奨学金・大学推薦の民間財団等奨学金の推薦者を随時選考し、対象者に個別に連絡いたします。そのため、奨学金希望者は、必ず奨学金登録を期間内（年一回、例年３月末から４月初旬）までにお済ませください。
奨学金登録については、奨学金情報冊子「Challenge」 を熟読の上、毎年Web上で申請・必要書類を提出頂くことになりますが、以下奨学課のサイトでも、必要な書類を入手頂くことができます。

なお、新年度の奨学金情報冊子「Challenge」の配布については、毎年早稲田メールに３月初旬に、ご案内の予定です。

※大学院博士後期課程研究者養成奨学金等の奨学金については個別に対象者の早稲田メール宛に、詳細についてご案内しております。
留学生向け奨学金登録（毎年度要）
Scholarship Registration for International Students whose residence status is “student” * (Required to Register every year)
対象：外国人私費留学生で在留資格「留学」を保有する標準年限内の学生
*For those who have the following residence status, "Permanent Resident", "Long Term Resident" and "Spouse or Child of Japanese National" and whose enrollment period is within standard term, please see “日本人等学生向け奨学金登録（毎年度要）” above.
奨学金登録をした学生から原則学内奨学金・大学推薦の民間財団等奨学金の推薦者を随時選考し、対象者に個別に連絡いたします。そのため、奨学金希望者は、必ず奨学金登録を期間内（年一回、例年３月末から４月初旬）までにお済ませください。
新年度の奨学金登録については、毎年３月に在学生全員の早稲田メールにご案内します。
※新入生については、科目登録ガイダンスの際にご案内致します。
※大学院博士後期課程若手研究者養成奨学金等の博士後期課程学生向け奨学金については個別に対象と思われる学生の早稲田メール宛に、詳細についてご案内しております。
In principle, nominees of scholarships will be selected from a list of students who have completed scholarship registration and will be contacted by GSPS office staff individually.
For those of you who would like to receive any scholarships, please make sure to complete scholarship registration during the designated period every year (usually from the end of March till the beginning of April).
All the current students are notified of scholarship registration for new academic year by Waseda mail in March every year.
※Newly enrolled students are notified of the information during the course registration guidance.
※Scholarships for doctoral program students such as “Scholarships for young doctoral students” are notified to Waseda mail account of the possible applicants individually.

Open External Scholarships (Scholarship Registration is not Required)
奨学課の「民間・地方団体奨学金」案内サイトに掲載の奨学金は、奨学金登録が不要です。応募の詳細については、各奨学金の募集要項等をご確認下さい。

対象：博士後期課程正規生
博士課程在学生等が、研究上必要な資料等のコピーにかかる経費、学会活動を支援するための学会参加費・学会年会費、研究論文を投稿するための論文投稿料の一部を補助します。
以下詳細を確認したうえで、事務所カウンターでお手続きください。
(経理処理のスケジュール上、2月～3月の申請はお受付できかねます)
※コピーカードの受け取りにあたっては特に書類等の提出は不要です。事務所に来訪された際に、その場で受け取った旨のメールを送っていただき、それをもって授受の記録とします。
大学院生等海外派遣助成制度
大学院生等が海外機関で研究することを目的とした助成制度です。
以下のリンクより詳細を確認したうえで、申請する場合は、お早めに*研究科事務所までお問い合わせください。

【注意事項】
- ＊出発日の１か月以上前に、申請書および根拠資料を添付し、研究科事務所に提出する必要があります。1か月を切った後の申請は受理いたしません。
- 大学指定の海外旅行保険加入手続が必要となります。申込書類等
- 原則としてe-Tripによる出張申請・出張報告を行います。e-Trip利用マニュアル
- 同一学生への助成回数は年度内で2回まで（4月～9月出発分：1回、10月～翌3月分：1回）です。ただし、予算の上限に達した段階で募集を終了します。
