2016年4月29日（金）－5月5日（木）は祝日および大学休業日のため事務所は閉室となり、事務取扱いはありません。
※例年締め切りが4月末に設定されている各種申請については、4月28日（木）までに手続きを済ませてください。
郵送による申請の場合は、4月28日（木）必着となるように余裕をもって投函してください。

来室による申請：4月28日（木）の事務所開室時間内の申し込み
⇒原則として即日発行(＊）
郵送による申請：事務所に4月27日（水）までに到着した申請
⇒4月28日（木）までに事務所より発送
4月28日（木）以降到着の申請については5月6日以降の発送となりますので余裕をもってお申込みください。
（＊）証明書の種類によっては発行に日数を要します。お急ぎの方はあらかじめ事務所にお問い合わせください。

Please note that from 29 April (Fri) to 5 May (Thu), classes will not be held and the Office in Building NO.10 will be closed.
Any administrative procedures including issuance of certificates will not be handled during this period.

If you wish to take a leave of absence by paying only the enrollment fee (￥51,500), an application is only accepted when submitted no later than 28 April (Thu).
If sent by postal mail, it should be arrived by this deadline.
After this, if you wish to do so, an application can be still accepted by 31 May, but you will have to pay the designated tuition fees.
