希望者は申請書（電子ファイル）を上記よりダウンロードし、申請用紙と研究計画書の２点を作成後、(1)研究科事務所に提出(2)事務所にメール送信 してください。(1)(2)を完了して初めて応募完了です。

【申請上の注意/Important Notice】
・2月12日・13日に面接をしますので、申請者は予定を開けておいてください。面接に来ることができない場合、選考をいたしません。
・こちらの国内国費奨学金は、例年ある国費募集とは別の採用枠になります。
・文部科学省からの結果発表は3月下旬です。結果発表後、採用となった学生は文部科学省が別途指定する書類を留学センターに提出していただく必要があるため、3月下旬は海外などに出ず、大学からいつでも連絡が取れる状況にしておいてください。
・An interview will be conducted on 12 or 13 February. Please make yourself available. If you cannot come to the interview, you are not entitled to apply.
・This scholarship is different from the annual MEXT scholarship application.
・Nominees will be decided by MEXT in late March. Please do not leave Japan during this time and being able to contact anytime in order to submit a designated document within 2weeks when selected.
