The office of Student Affairs Section will be closed during the winter vacation period as follows:
Tuesday, December 28, 2021 – Wednesday, January 5, 2022
Please note that e-mails received after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, will be replied to on or after Thursday, January 6, 2022.
IMPORTANT:
- If the deadline for submitting various application documents for extracurricular activities (advance application forms for events and performances, <For Circle> notification form for activities held off-campus (including camp/tour), etc.) falls during the above period, please submit them by noon on Monday, December 27, 2021. The submission deadline is earlier than usual.
- The scope of extracurricular activities currently permitted can be confirmed in the “On the Phased Resumption of Extracurricular Activities (November 15, 2021)” (e.g., Circle training camps and expeditions involving overnight stays will continue to be prohibited in principle, except when participating in competitions, etc., for which prior approval has been obtained by the Student Affairs Section).
- The Student Center will be closed from Wednesday, December 29, 2021 to Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
