Refresh Studio

Light exercise facility “Refresh Studio” that can be casually used between classes

Were you aware that there is “Refresh Studio” on campus? This studio regularly hosts studio lessons, such as yoga and fitness programs, by specialized instructors.

You can casually exercise with yoga mats, stretch poles, etc. You can exercise at your own pace even if you are not interested in strenuous exercises. As long as you are a student or a faculty and staff, you can participate in the “regular lessons” (approximately 60 minutes) given by professional instructors, which are regularly held, for 1 year for the registration fee of 1,500 yen.

★Refresh Studio will be held in the Multipurpose Sports Hall on the B1F of Waseda Arena (Toyama Campus), starting in AY2019.

Registration shall be accepted at the Training Center on the B2F of the Student Center.
*Bring your Student ID (faculty and staff card) and the fee payment certificate.

Training Center opening hours

From 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays and Saturdays
From 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays and breaks

How to participate in regular lessons

Lessons shall be free of charge, and applications shall be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Please come to the studio before the lesson start time. (Application acceptance shall be discontinued when it reaches the 40 person capacity.)

*When participating in a lesson, please bring the Registration Card and Student ID (faculty and staff card or name tag).
