ビジネス専攻に特化した教育機関であり、起業の分野で世界的に高い評価を得ている。2年制MBAは、約55人のクラスが3クラスあり、全体で160人程度と、他校と比べて学生の数が少ないのが特徴である。そのため、多くの教授はすべての学生の顔と名前を覚えるなど、教授の学生に対する面倒見がよい。インターナショナルスチューデントは、全体の40％ほどを占め、国際色豊かである。卒業生の中にはトヨタ自動車やイオン等の取締役社長がいる。

Students must have at least 2 undergraduate semesters completed, and must be proficient in English. 1 Year of Core Business courses At Babson College. Students take 16 credits per semester (32 per year). Half of those 16 credits per semester (8 credits) correspond to business courses. Therefore, we require that students who come to Babson have taken at least 16 credits of business courses. At Babson, courses are typically worth 4 credits. Therefore, the equivalent to 16 credits would be 4 core Business Courses.

留学が必修となっている国際教養学部の学生は、学部の許可をとった上で応募してください。
For SILS students participation in a year-long study abroad program is part of the general degree requirements.
Therefore, you must consult with your School Office in advance if you wish to apply to a semester program(s).
通年科目が設置されている学部に属する学生が春学期留学をする場合、科目登録ができず、帰国後の秋学期の授業を受けられない可能性があります。
その他、専門演習（ゼミ）の登録や履修ができない等、支障が出る可能性がありますので、所属学部・研究科に問い合わせ、よく確認の上、出願して下さい。
If your School has year-long programs, it is essential that you consult with your School Office before applying to a seminar program(s) as there will be a possibility that you may not be able to register for courses in the second (fall) semester and/or seminars (enshu, or so-called "zemi").
延長生となって中期留学プログラムに参加する場合、学費は延長生学費ではなく、所定額をお支払いいただくことになります。

Students on extension (encho-sei) who participate in semester programs are required to pay the full tuition and other academic fees set by their Schools instead of the reduced fees for students on extension.You should confirm details with your School Offices.
