コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴い、以下の通り短縮時間にて開室いたします。

■事務所の開室時間
平日：10:00-16:00　
※お電話でのお問い合わせは9:00-17:00となります。
※土、日、祝日は閉室とします。

事務所来室の際は、入り口での手の消毒ならびに、マスクの着用をお願いいたします。
なお、感染防止のため、各種手続きは以下の通りとなります。職員も交代での出勤となりますので
ご理解、ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

＜在学生の方＞

●証明書の申込・発行
→学内証明書自動発行機をご利用ください。

●学生証の再発行・学生証裏面シールの受け取り（在学生）・学生証の受け取り（1年生）
→上記開室時間に社会科学部事務所にお越しください。キャンパスへの登校が難しい場合は個別対応となりますので事務所までお問い合わせ下さい。

●科目登録、成績、休学留学、学費等の質問
→担当職員が在宅勤務をしている場合がございますので、出来るだけメールでお問合せください。
事務所開室時間内であればお電話でも承りますが、お待たせする場合がございます。
内容に応じて、その後zoomや対面での相談を個別設定させていただきます。

＜卒業生の方＞
証明書の申込・発行は、早稲田キャンパス７号館１階の早稲田ポータルオフィスにて「事前予約制」にて承ります。

＜受験生の方＞

[Office hours on weekdays]
We will open the office from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on weekdays.
*The office will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
*Telephone correspondence is also available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

When you visit the office, please use hand sanitizer before entering the office and make sure to wear a mask.

●For Current Students

1.Application and issues of Certificates
→You can obtain certificates at the issuing machines.

*If for whatever reason, a student requesting the certificate(s) cannot come to the office in person, please contact us by email and we will provide you further information.

2.Reissue of student ID card, Receiving a sticker on the back of Student ID card(for Students in their second year and above) and Receiving a student ID card(for freshman)
→Please come to the office during the above opening hours.

●For Alumni
You can obtain certificates at the Waseda Portal Office (Waseda Campus, Building 7, 1st Floor). You are required a pre-booking to do so.

●For Prospective Students
