対面カウンセリングの申し込みについて

1. Web申請フォームで予約

2. 開室時間中電話で予約
（毎週木曜日　9:15 am – 17:00 pm（13:00-14:00除く）　＊祝日・大学の休業日を除きます）

3. 開室時間中 直接カウンセリングルームをたずねる
（毎週木曜日　9:15 am – 17:00 pm（13:00-14:00除く）　＊祝日・大学の休業日を除きます）

キャンセルと予約変更は予約システム上から行ってください。
予約日時の15分前までキャンセル、予約変更が可能です。

2026年5月より開室時間が以下のとおり変更となります。
毎週木曜日（祝日・大学の休業日を除く）
9:15-17:00(13:00-14:00除く）

その他、ご不明な点がございましたら学生相談室までお尋ねください。（Tel: 093-616-0679)
＊開室時間中（毎週木曜日　9:15 am – 17:00 pm、13:00-14:00除く）のみの対応となります。

About Applying for Face-to-Face Counseling

１．Make a reservation through the online application form

２．Make a reservation by phone during office hours
　　(Every Thursday, 9:15 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. (excluding 1:00p.m.-2:00 p.m.)*excluding public holidays and university holidays)

３．Visit the counseling room directly during office hours
　　(Every Thursday, 9:15 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. (excluding 1:00p.m.-2:00 p.m.) *excluding public holidays and university holidays)

Please use the reservation system to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellations and changes can be made up to 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

Please note that office hours will change from May 2026 as follows:
Every Thursday (excluding public holidays and university holidays)
9:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

从 2026年 5 月起，开放时间将发生如下变化。
每周四（节假日和大学假期除外）
9:15-17:00（13:00-14:00 除外）

关于预约的取消和变更，请在预约系统上操作。
面谈开始的15分钟前，您可以进行相关操作。
