We are pleased to invite you to a small roundtable discussion to be held on July 21, 2025, at Waseda University. This event will bring together a group of scholars for an open-format conversation on the current state and future directions of political science research, as well as the broader academic climate in a time of change.

Format & Chair

The session will be moderated by Yoshikuni Ono (Waseda University).

Designed to foster open, collegial exchange, this roundtable offers a space for reflection on the current research environment and the future of our discipline.

We hope you can join us for this timely and thoughtful exchange.
