政研学生対象
2019年度三菱商事留学生奨学金について、ご案内致します。
本奨学金の応募希望者はポスター、募集要項をよく読み、応募資格があるかどうか確認の上、
以下書類を揃えて、2018年12月14日（金）17時までに政治学研究科事務所に提出してください。
①願書 日本語
*応募者の写真（最近6か月以内に撮影したもの。4.0cm×3.0cm、上半身、脱帽、裏面に氏名を記入し、願書の所定欄に貼付すること）
②平成31年度三菱商事留学生奨学金 推薦書
*推薦理由は指導教官が記入すること(原則日本語ですが、英語で作成する場合、和訳を添付）。
③平成29年度の学業成績証明書(原本）
* 応募時点では、コピーでも可能だが、被推薦者として選ばれた場合
1月15日（水）までに原本を提出すること。
選考に選ばれた学生にのみ、1月初旬までに個別に連絡します。

This is to inform you regarding AY2019 Mitsubishi Corporation International Scholarship.
For those of you who would like to apply for this scholarship, please check the poster and
application guideline by downloading from this page.
Please submit the required documents listed below by 5PM Friday, 14th December after confirming your eligibility to apply for this scholarship.
① Application document
*Photo attached to the document (taken within the last 6 months. 4.0cm length by 3.0 width,upper body included, head uncovered)
② Recommendation Letter (Japanese Only)
*Comment field, reason to recommend, needs to be filled in by main adviser including his/her name with hand writing and HANKO or signature.
(In principal, the letter has to be written in Japanese. If it’s written in English, please attach Japanese translation.)
③ AY 2017 Certificate of Transcript (Original copy required）
* You can submit a copy of it when you just apply for the scholarship.
However, if you are selected as a nominee of the scholarship, you have to submit an original copy of it
by Wednesday, 15th January.
Only the nominee will be contacted by the beginning of January.
