2. 申請の理由および将来の展望（A4版書式自由
*USBにファイルを入れて印刷したものを合わせて事務所に提出
3. 在学証明書・成績証明書（原本）
（大学の学部及び大学院の全学年に係るもの。母国の大学のものを含む）
4. 在留資格を証明する書類
（外国人登録証明書、在留カード、旅券の在留資格確認箇所等、コピー可）
上記、１-４を合わせて、研究科事務所まで提出してください。
締切後に提出されたもの、書類に不備があったものに関しては、選考の対象外になりますのでよく募集要項を確認し、作成してください。
＊文部科学省からの結果発表は来年の２月中旬頃の予定です。
また、例年の場合、採用となった学生には結果発表後のおよそ２週間以内に、文部科学省が別途指定する書類を留学センターに提出していただく必要があります。
そのため、２月中旬から３月上旬頃は海外などに出ず、大学からいつでも連絡が取れるようにしておいてください。

MEXT Scholarship (Domestic Selection)AY2015
１) Stipend ： 144,000JPY/ month（MA）
145,000JPY/ month（PhD）
２) Scholarship Period：
From April 2015 until the end of the standard years of degree
３）1. Be a regular, full-time student at a graduate school of Waseda University as of 1 April 2015
2. Privately-Financed International Students with a ‘College’ visa
3. Born after April 2, 1980
4. Physically and mentally healthy
5. Must NOT be receiving any other scholarships or grants
(from government, private foundations, etc.)
6. Only nationalities that have diplomatic relationship with Japan can apply.
*Taiwan Nationality is not applicable.
*If you are able to cancel the scholarship you are receiving, you will be entitled for MEXT scholarship from April 2015.
If you are? recommended for MEXT Scholarship (SGU) by the Graduate School,
you are not entitled to apply for this domestic selection MEXT scholarship.

６）Venue for Submission – The GSPS/GSE Office (1F of building 9)
＊The result will be notified by MEXT in mid-Feb 2015. It is required to submit a designated document within 2 weeks when selected, therefore, please do not leave Japan from mid-Feb to early March.
Process -1. Application Evaluation at GSPS/GSE
2. GSPS/GSE Recommends ONE applicant to the University HQ
3. Interview of Applicant by the University HQ
4. University recommends candidates to MEXT
