2014年10月末の事務取扱い・休学申請について / [IMPORTANT]　Office Handling Hours at the End of October and Application for leave of absence

10月31日（金）は平日ですが、大学休業日のため9号館・26号館とも事務所は閉室となり、事務取扱いはありません。
※例年締め切りが10月末に設定されている各種申請については、10月30日(木)までに手続きを済ませてください。
　　郵送による申請の場合は、10月30日(木)必着となるように余裕をもって投函してください。
　　＜例：授業料がかからないように秋学期の休学を申請する場合、等＞

31 October (Friday) is a normal weekday, however, due to the University-designated holiday, the Office will be closed, and any administration procedures will not be processed.
[IMPORTANT] If you wish to take a leave of absence by paying only the enrollment fee (\51,500), application is only accepted when submitted no later than 30 October (Thurs).
If sent by postal mail, it should arrive by this deadline.
